Initial impressions of this game (had to get it, WFroG is a car freak!).... it's GT3 with improvements - not so much an upgrade, more an overhaul. 650 car models (649 Missan Skylines and a Ford Mustang:P), 100 different tracks, snow, rain (not falling) 480p/1080i modes (but not in the menus???), some very beautiful visuals (for a PS2!) - they now have some decent 'real' courses including Nürnburgring (yes it's more detailed than PGR's).... it's the most high resolution game on the PS2.

There's even a manager mode, where you work the pits (WTF?).... don't think we'll be doing that....

Endurance racing is back with a vengeance - apparently there's a 12 hour (realtime) race

..... WHY? That's not fun!

It's great to see so many choices - Ford Model T anyone? they'ce even put a few fun cars in..
There's no visible damage to cars when you hit a wall at 254mph, which pi$$es me off, and I don't understand why they'd give you a 900+ HP vehicle at 8% complete???

Still WFroG likes it, even though he doesn't understand what the brake is for, so for that reason, I'm giving GT4 a
